Grilled Anti Paste Plate


  • 1/2 cup TGE ® Sauce (Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Juice, Balsamic Vinegar Mix)
  • 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • TGE ® grilled eggplant
  • TGE ® grilled red pepper
  • TGE ® grilled artichoke
  • TGE ® grilled zucchini
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1 medium Beetroot (for decoration)


  1. Cut cucumber into thin slices and lay them on the plate.
  2. Stir the sauce, oregano and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush the vegetables with the sauce mixture, lay vegetable on cucumber on the plate.
  3. For decoration, use cucumber for bird and beetroot for flower.
