Grilled Anti Paste Plate
- 1/2 cup TGE ® Sauce (Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Juice, Balsamic Vinegar Mix)
- 1/3 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
- 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
- TGE ® grilled eggplant
- TGE ® grilled red pepper
- TGE ® grilled artichoke
- TGE ® grilled zucchini
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 medium Beetroot (for decoration)
- Cut cucumber into thin slices and lay them on the plate.
- Stir the sauce, oregano and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush the vegetables with the sauce mixture, lay vegetable on cucumber on the plate.
- For decoration, use cucumber for bird and beetroot for flower.
