Grilled Anti Paste Plate
 
Ingredients
•1/2 cup MHE ® Sauce (Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic Juice, Balsamic Vinegar Mix)
•1/3 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
•1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
•MHE ® grilled eggplant
•MHE ® grilled red pepper 
•MHE ® grilled artichoke
•MHE ® grilled zucchini 
•2 large cucumbers 
•1 medium Beetroot (for decoration) 
 
Directions
1.Cut cucumber into thin slices and lay them on the plate.
2.Stir the sauce, oregano and black pepper in a small bowl. Brush the vegetables with the sauce mixture, lay vegetable on cucumber on the plate. 
3.For decoration, use cucumber for bird and beetroot for flower.
